Return Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must have the invoice in order to return or exchange.


Non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Digital products
  3. Orders outside of the United States

To complete your return follow these steps:

  1. On your invoice, mark which item you are returning and the reason why
  2. Place item and invoice in package
  3. Mail package to PO Box 780173 San Antonio, TX 78278

To complete an exchange of your item:

  1. On your invoice, mark which item you are exchanging and what size you would like to exchange it for
  2. Place item and invoice in package
  3. Mail package to PO Box 780173 San Antonio, TX 78278

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size. 


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are unable to do returns or exchanges outside of the United States.
